This notice explains how the NCE educational information service processes information submitted through the class registration website.

Information we collect

We collect the registration details you submit, such as your name, phone number, email address, country, class preferences, and optional messaging username. We also collect limited technical and attribution information, including the landing page, referrer, browser information, campaign parameters, and Taboola Click ID.

How we use information

Information is used to verify and manage registrations, deliver class information, respond to support requests, prevent duplicate or fraudulent submissions, understand campaign performance, and comply with applicable requirements.

Advertising measurement

The website uses the Taboola Pixel to measure page visits and verified registration events. A registration conversion is triggered only after the server validates and saves the submission. Advertising platforms do not receive your form password or email verification code.

Retention and security

Registration information is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purposes described above. Reasonable technical and organisational measures are used to protect stored information, but no online system can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices

You may choose not to submit the form. You may also request correction or deletion through the contact channel included in your registration communications, subject to legal and operational retention requirements.
